The Food Standards Agency is advising people that eating lead-shot game on a frequent basis can expose them to potentially harmful levels of lead. Professor Charles Milne appointed Acting FSA Chief Executive

The Food Standards Agency Board has appointed Professor Charles Milne as its Acting Chief Executive until Catherine Brown, the newly appointed Chief Executive, takes up her post on 16 October.
