Clean Air Day is happening on Thursday 18th June and this year the focus is recognising the critical role that local leaders play in cleaning up our air and encouraging communities to come together to learn and take action on air pollution.
Clean Air Day is a UK wide air pollution campaign, which has been running since 2017. Clean Air Day aims to raise awareness of air pollution, the biggest environmental health risk in the UK, through engagement with individuals and households, schools, community groups and business.
You can help clean up the air for your community this Clean Air Day by, using the Clean Air Day comms pack to encourage your audiences to write to their new councillor or learn more about how air pollution affects their health.
