South Lanarkshire Council are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self motivated Environmental Health Officer in Environmental Services who can accept and tackle demanding goals to ensure effective service delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking complex pieces of work potentially in relation to all aspects of Environmental Health work. However, they will primarily focus on Noise, Public Health, Housing and other Anti-Social Behaviour related legislation. The post is within our Environmental Night Team and requires the candidate to work shifts (4 on 4 off) working across two shift teams of Technical Officers.
The successful candidate must have a current Driving Licence and have the ability to travel throughout South Lanarkshire.
