Moray Council is a unitary authority located in the north east of Scotland between the Cairngorms and the Moray firth coast. The post holder will assist the Environmental Health and Trading Standards Manager as required and as delegated in providing the Environmental Health service within Moray. This will include meeting agreed objectives and providing professional advice, making decisions on Environmental Health related matters.
