This ever popular event will host a variety of speakers. We have taken on board some suggestions from previous feedback to ensure that the membership requests are being addressed. The speakers are from backgrounds including the Fermenters Guild, the FSS, and specialists from Local Authorities. Topics include incident reporting, port health, allergen guidance, advice on fermentation and fermented products.
