Lunchtime Session – Wednesday 11th February – An overview of the specialist cheesemakers association with Bronwen Percival
Bronwen Percival is the chair of the Specialist Cheesemaker’s Association Technical Committee and technical director for Neal’s Yard Dairy in London. In addition to working with producers to select and optimise quality, she works to mobilise collaboration between cheesemakers and the scientific community. In 2012, she instigated a biennial conference on the Science of Artisan Cheese. She is the co-author, with her husband Francis, of Reinventing the Wheel (Bloomsbury, 2017).

We’re delighted to launch a series of lunchtime CPD events for our members, reinforcing our commitment to keeping you informed and up to date.
These sessions which will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and will cover a broad range of topics, including food safety, legislative updates, housing standards, water quality, climate change, and sustainability among others.
