An intensive course presented by REHIS specifically aimed at Environmental Health Officers and Food Safety Officers working in Scottish local authorities and those within the wider environmental health community with an interest in food safety.
Participation in this course carries a maximum value of 5 (core activity) for the REHIS Scheme of Continuing Professional Development.

The aim of the REHIS Intermediate Train the Presenter course is to provide candidates with a sound knowledge of training and presentation skills in order to become effective REHIS course Presenters or for anyone simply wishing to learn how to train.
REHIS Southern Centre in conjunction with Fife Council, Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council are holding a Food Workshop. The workshop is intended for students, newly qualified officers and those returning to food activities, but should be equally useful as refresher training for more experienced officers. The workshop is open to REHIS members only. Refreshments and buffet lunch provided.

This is a one day course designed to provide knowledge from the basics to some advanced issues. The training should be equally useful to newly qualified officers and more experienced staff.
The course is being delivered by Mike Stigwood from MAS Environmental Ltd who is well known for his expertise in the field and his honest and passionate approach to Environmental Health issues in general.
