Food hygiene training courses for local businesses have been running for almost ten years at South Lanarkshire Council.This month saw the 5000th person complete their training at the REHIS Approved Training Centre based in Hamilton.
At an award ceremony on the 2 June Councillor Gerry Convery, Chair of Community Resources, South Lanarkshire Council marked the milestone of the 5000th participant to receive their REHIS Certificate in Food Hygiene by presenting Caroline Duris from Alexander Young Bakers, Hamilton with her certificate.
