The Food Law Enforcement in Scotland – A Report on the Administrative and Enforcement Arrangements report, prepared by The Society of Chief Officers of Environmental Health in Scotland, The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland and the Scottish Food Enforcement Liaison Committee.
