We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated officer to join the Environmental Health team in Glasgow. Based within the Business Regulation section, you will take on responsibilities for Food Law inspections and investigations, Health & Safety enforcement, Licensing and work independently to contribute to the delivery of the Environmental Health service within Glasgow.
You must hold a Degree in Environmental Health and a REHIS Diploma in Environmental Health (or equivalent), applications will be accepted by candidates going forward for professional exams in October 2024. A flexible approach to working, good IT skills and a working knowledge of the role of an Environmental Health Officer within a local authority setting are essential.
