You will work independently within a team to contribute to the delivery of an Environmental Health service within Glasgow, particularly in relation to the food safety function. You must be enthusiastic and motivated with a flexible approach to the needs of the council. A Degree in Environmental Health and a Diploma in Environmental Health, IT skills and a working knowledge of the role of an Environmental Health Officer within a local authority setting are essential. Supervisory skills and a current driving licence are desirable.
