Regulatory Services have a temporary vacancy for a Enforcement Officer- Environmental Health to support the environmental health team base in Dunoon. The role will include the first time assessment of service requests, acting as a witness and support the work across a wide range of areas including public health environmental protection, health and safety and food safety. If you have an interest in protecting public health, working with people and applying standards, this could be the ideal role for you.

This is a temporary post with the opportunity to be extended and available for secondment. Through this role the successful candidate will gain valuable experience in both the wider functions of environmental health. The role may therefore, be of interest to a candidate wishing to pursue a career in Environmental Health or Public Health, or a secondment.
