This is an excellent opportunity to work for the Council’s Environmental Health team in a beautiful part of Scotland.
Do you believe that everyone is entitled to live in a safe and adequate home and want to make a difference? If so, working with the Councils Regulatory Services team in the areas of environmental health, private landlord registration and enforcement of standards in houses in multiple occupation and other similar licensing regimes may be a role for you.
Although part of a small team a willingness to travel across Argyll and work on your own initiative is essential, as you will carry out assessments and investigations in a range of varied properties, as well as providing advice and assistance to Landlords and Tenants across Argyll.
We will provide you with a varied workload, flexible working and excellent conditions of service. You will be joining a Regulatory Services service committed to innovation, the use of mobile technology and of continuous improvement.
