Occupational health and safety continues to receive a high level of prominence following the partnership agreement between local authorities and HSE.  The way local authorities and HSE interact remains a dynamic and changing environment and opportunities continue to present themselves for local authorities to influence the future planning process for health and safety enforcement in Scotland.

This course, designed for Environmental Health Officers and Health and Safety Enforcement Officers, and focuses on topics of particular current interest.

This course has been organised by Graham Robertson of Aberdeenshire Council, Brian Lawrie of South Ayrshire Council, and Lorraine MacGillivray of Stirling Council. All are members of the REHIS Council.
