As you may be aware, the Institute runs Advanced HACCP courses for REHIS approved trainers and for persons responsible for the implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems in food businesses. The course has proved to be very popular and it has been agreed that the Institute should provide a second course in 2012. Campden BRI has once again agreed to run a 3-day Advanced HACCP course in Scotland.
Following the three days of tuition, course participants undertake a HACCP assignment which forms part of the course assessment. Successful completion of the assignment allows course participants to sit the course examination, and those who pass the examination receive a REHIS/Campden BRI Certificate. The course syllabus is available at https:/sites/default/files/syllabusadvancedhaccp.pdf
The course meets the requirements required by trainers to deliver the REHIS Intermediate HACCP Practices Course. Please return the attached booking form to Margaret O’Hare, Training Administrator by fax, by post or by email.
