Many of those involved in investigating and trying to resolve noise complaints from commercial and industrial premises will relate to this lunchtime event! Even those who are perhaps subjected to ongoing unwanted noise arising from premises, will gain an understanding of the noise characteristics, its source and prevention.
Peter Wilson will discuss plant noise complaint resolution and he will demonstrate sound files from the INVC Plant Noise Complaint Resolution Best Practice online workshop in conjunction with RHE and the Noise App.
He includes examples for which both diagnoses and the determination of what would constitute mitigation best practice (BPM) have been carried out by INVC. The techniques and resources covered could cut the resources required to address noise complaints by 80%!
