The REHIS Annual Environmental Health Forum provides all Environmental Health Professionals in both the public and private sectors an opportunity to maintain and enhance their knowledge, skills and competence.
This is a one day course designed to provide knowledge from the basics to some advanced issues. The training should be equally useful to newly qualified officers and more experienced staff.
The course is being delivered by Mike Stigwood from MAS Environmental Ltd who is well known for his expertise in the field and his honest and passionate approach to Environmental Health issues in general.

The REHIS Annual Presenters Update Seminar for Food and Health & Cooking Skills Presenters
This seminar is for registered REHIS Presenters in food and health and cooking skills. The purpose of the event is to share information, give Presenters the opportunity to ask questions of the REHIS staff, meet other Presenters and to hear presentations from various speakers on food and health matters.

REHIS Southern Centre in conjunction with Fife Council, Glasgow City Council and South Lanarkshire Council are holding a Food Workshop. The workshop is intended for students, newly qualified officers and those returning to food activities, but should be equally useful as refresher training for more experienced officers. The workshop is open to REHIS members only. Refreshments and buffet lunch provided.

The REHIS Advanced HACCP (Level 4) course which is run in conjunction with Campden BRI is designed to provide knowledge and skills to design and implement food safety management systems based upon the Codex HACCP principles.

Building on the success of last year's seminar, the REHIS Southern Centre is pleased to announce that the training event preceding the 2017 AGM will be a continuation of the theme of Environmental Health’s role in the Wider Public Health Agenda.
